What can I use?
Monday, August 10, 2009 | Julie Wolter

There are many ways you can carry your PHR when you travel.  I travel with a paper document.  It is on one page and includes emergency contacts, current conditions, allergies and current medications.  I put this in my wallet.  I also tell those I am traveling with where they can find this information just in case. I have also used a memory stick.  I carried the same information about me, but I also had information about my entire family.  So, when we are all together I have all our health information in one place.  You can also use an on-line version.  Check out http://www.myphr.com for further information about each of these options.

Any of these are great options.  We all need to work towards the on-line options, but for now do what works for you.
